1. All guests must provide the booking confirmation/ticket upon arrival to Invisible Wind Factory
2. Cancellation policy: We do not offer refunds for cancellations, however, will offer to reschedule if notified at least 48hrs before the booked slot.
Rescheduling your booking:
a. If you can’t make your booking for whatever reason, we will be happy to reschedule your booking. In order to reschedule your booking, we will need a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your booked time slot.
b. Providing we receive the minimum 48 hours’ notice we can reschedule your booking to a time slot, where available. You are permitted to reschedule your booking for a period of 12 months from the date of your original booked slot.
c. If you have made your reservation less than 48hrs before the time of the booking, and decide not to attend, we won’t be able to offer you a reschedule or a refund.
d. In rare circumstances, we may have to cancel your booking as a result of events outside of our control, we will endeavour to provide you as much notice as possible and reschedule your booking to another available time slot agreed with you.
3. Once you have completed your booking, we cannot guarantee any further availability at a later date or time if you wish to increase your booking size. Under normal circumstances, should you want to increase your booking size, you will need to create a new booking using our live bookings portal.
4. We have a strict challenge 25 policy and under 18s may only enter the venue if accompanied by a responsible adult over 25. IWF reserves the right to request valid identification from any ticket holder before entry to the venue or purchase of an alcoholic beverage once in the venue: valid passport, driving licence or PASS card – only the original documents and only the ID specified are accepted. We have a ‘drink aware’ approach and anyone who is too intoxicated to participate safely will be asked to leave the venue
5. If you have booked a student or group package, all guests within the party must also have valid student ID or in order to qualify for the discount. If any members of the party do not have relevant ID, the difference in value will be required to be paid on arrival.
6. You must aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to your booked time slot to give you enough time to get checked in, grab your boots and not miss out on any skate time. If you are late, you may not be able to make up this time later. Please inform us at the earliest opportunity if you are running late by sending a message to our Facebook page or Instagram page @iwf.rollerdrome
8. Before you skate, you will receive a safety induction. You are required to comply with these conditions to ensure that the venue is a safe place for you, your group and other skaters. Failure to comply with any of our terms or conditions in
9. Photography and filming; all guests must be aware of and consent to photography & filming, that may be used for PR & Marketing purposes.

10. In order to adhere to social distancing rules, larger parties must be in groups of no more than 6 before going on the rink. However, you must remain socially distant according to current government guidelines.
11. All Covid-19 regulations that are in place at the time of your booking slot must be adhered to, a full list of these regulations is available at the check in area on the day of your booking.
12. You may be requested to take a temperature check upon your arrival, should your temperature show above 38c on two occasions, your whole group will be asked to go home and self-isolate under the guidelines from Public Health England.
CODE OF CONDUCT

Drinks and food including water are not to be taken on the rink.

Please follow the direction of flow when on the rink.

Chewing gum in the the venue is not permitted at any time.

E-cigarettes are only permitted in the designated outdoor smoking area.

Only food and drink purchased on site is to be purchased at IWF.

All personally owned skates must be clean and in safe condition to be used on the rink, no missing wheels or sharp edges for example. Staff may ask to inspect your skates at any time.

Protective gear must be worn on the rink. Anyone who does not follow this rule does so completely at their own risk.

Socks must be all people wearing hired skates.

Reckless or dangerous behaviour on the rink is not permitted and anyone engaging in such behaviour may be asked to leave the rink.
ALL SKATING IS AT TOUR OWN RISK AND YOU HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND THAT OF THOSE YOU SHARE THE RINK WITH.
